Gaming glut?The holidays are fast approaching... And by holidays, I mean the American Christmas: a time of celebrating... well, mostly giving presents! Well, mostly buying things. Hopefully good things. For yourself! :-P A lot of games coming out soon, so I thought I'd post a quick tip for those of you still reading: Toys R Us is having their Buy 2, get 1 free promo now! But any 2 games, and the 3rd one will be free! This goes from 10/12 - 10/18!! So hurry in! And if your new game isn't out yet... fret not! This deal will return... Probably some time in November... Then you can sign in every day (until the promotion ends) and rate a car (for 50 Points!) and submit a new design (for 50 Points!). So you can earn 100 more points each day! Your max is 2,000 Points, and you need to redeem these points online (not on your 360 console) using your Microsoft ID (it's explained in your sign-up email!  The big gaming news is obviously the MGS4 Bundle, launching MGS4 officially at Midnight on Thursday, June 12, 2008! Best Buy was doing the midnight launch, but Thursday morning should see these bundles (and the MGS4 games) on all store shelves! The bundle itself is a great deal for gamers - you get the 80 GB PS3, the MGS4 game, a DUALSHOCK 3 controller (the new one with the RUMBLE!), and a voucher for the downloadable game "Pain". The biggest problem will be obtaining a bundle at launch. These things will sell out, and people are already camping out! Wal-Mart is offering a $100 Gift Card with purchase, but don't expect to see too many units there. You're more likely to find this bundle at Best Buy or Circuit City - and there's a memo going around Best Buy, where they MAY price-match the Wal-Mart deal! Even without the promo Gift Card, this MGS4 Bundle is still a great deal, saving you at least $60 for the game and $50 for the Dualshock 3 controller! Updated on June 12, 2008!
